Broiled Breakfast Fruit

Ingredients:

2 medium-size pink grapefruit, peeled and cut crosswise into 1/4" slices

2 medium oranges, peeled and cut crosswise into 1/4" slices

1 can (20 ounces) pineapple slices in juice, drained

1 medium banana, sliced (about 2/3 cup)

3 tablespoons margarine, melted

1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

3 tablespoons toasted wheat germ

Directions:

Arrange first 4 ingredients on a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with margarine. In a small bowl, combine sugar and wheat germ; sprinkle over fruit.

Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Yields 14 servings.
