Broccoli-Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper

4 cups cooked broccoli flowerets

1 1/2 cups French fried onions

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, mix soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, pepper, broccoli and 2/3 cup onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot. Stir. Sprinkle top with remaining onions and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes.
