Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

4 slices bread

1 pound bulk pork sausage

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 eggs

2 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon ground mustard

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Remove the crust from the bread slices and cut into 1" squares. Place in a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.

In a medium skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat; drain. Sprinkle the sausage and cheese over the bread.

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard. Pour over the sausage and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden.  Yields: 8 servings.
