Bowtie Pasta with Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients:

1 pound package of bowtie pasta

2 onions, sliced

2 bell peppers, sliced

6 tomatoes, cut into chunks

2 zucchini, sliced

2 yellow squash, sliced

1 bottle Italian dressing

1/3 cup chopped fresh basil

1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:

In a large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm. Combine 5 vegetables in a bowl. Mix with just enough Italian dressing to moisten. Place on a disposable grill sheet and grill for about 6 minutes or until tender. In a large bowl, toss grilled vegetables with warm pasta. Sprinkle with basil and Parmesan cheese. Yields 8 servings.
