Bob Evan's Sausage Gravy

Ingredients:

1 pound Bob Evans Farms original recipe bulk sausage

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 cups milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper

8 prepared biscuits

Directions:

In a large skillet, crumble the sausage and cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in the flour until dissolved; gradually stir in the milk. Cook until thick and bubbly. Add salt and pepper. Serve over hot biscuits.
