Blueberry Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients:

4 cups blueberries, washed and drained

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons butter

1 white cake mix, prepared as directed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread blueberries in bottom of greased 9" x 13" baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Combine sugar and corn starch; spread over berries. Dot with butter and pour the white cake mix batter over the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when stuck in middle of cake.
