Banana Slush Punch

Ingredients:

4 ripe bananas

2 cups granulated sugar

6 cups water, divided

1 can (46 ounces) pineapple juice

2 cans (12 ounces each) frozen orange juice concentrate

1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate

3 liters ginger ale

Directions:

In a blender, combine bananas, sugar and 3 cups water. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and stir in the pineapple juice. Blend in the orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and 3 more cups of water.  Divide into 3 plastic containers or large zip-lock bags and freeze until solid.

Remove from freezer 3-4 hours before ready to serve. Using one portion at a time, place slush in a punch bowl and pour in 1 liter of ginger ale for each.
