Banana Crush Punch

Ingredients:

2 cups granulated sugar

3 cups water

1 1/2 cups orange juice

1 can (46 ounces) pineapple juice

1/4 cup lemon juice

3 ripe bananas, mashed

3 quarts cold ginger ale

Directions:

In a large saucepan, blend sugar and water; cook to make a syrup. Remove from heat; add orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice and bananas. Cool; place in zip-lock bags and freeze until ready to use.

Remove bags from freezer and place in punch bowl, allowing time for it to partially thaw. Add ginger ale and stir. Yields 30-36 servings.
