Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 tablespoon Italian seasonings

1 teaspoon garlic, fresh, chopped fine

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper

Directions:

Combine everything except the vegetable oil and place in blender on low speed. Slowly add the vegetable oil in blender and continue blending until all the oil is mixed with the vinegar mixture. Make sure it is emulsified well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
