Apple Jello Waldorf

Ingredients:

2 boxes (3 ounces each) green apple Jello

1 large apple, chopped

2 stalks celery, chopped

1/2 cup English walnuts or pecans

Instructions:

Prepare the Jello as directed on the package and place in 9" x 13" dish. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in apple, celery, nuts, and chill until firm.

Can be served as a salad or as a side dish with pork or chicken.
