Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened

2 cups whipping cream

2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Place the butter in a large saucepan on medium heat to melt it. Add the cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well blended and bubbly. You are ready to serve it on top of your favorite pasta, fish, chicken or meat.
