1-2-3 Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup boiling water

2 cups packaged biscuit mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slightly grease cookie sheet. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar and boiling water and mix until smooth. Stir in biscuit mix. Drop by small teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with fork dipped in flour. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until browned. Remove from baking sheet at once and cool on wire rack.
